释义	【正字通】〈鼉〉〇《六書故》曰它鼉實一字。《說文》以它為虵謂象虵之夗曲觀其文絕不類虵而黽則从它龜鼈黿鼉類也。皆从黽故知它卽為鼉。《說文》魚部又有鱓字魚名也。皮可為鼓亦鼉之衍文也。按此說非是它。篆作鼉。卽蛇之省。《說文》它象冤曲𠂹尾形未可以鼉同它鱓皮不冒鼓。非與鼉同。亦非。鼉衍文書故必合而一之誤也。《韻會》通作鮀。亦誤。
