One of my favourite dishes growing up, chicken katsu is basically the Japanese version of fried chicken.

I had katsu curry and Sam had noodle stir-fry. 我吃了咖喱猪排，山姆吃了炒面。

The katsu was very nice and crispy. 炸猪排非常好吃，脆脆的。
