If a court of law or a grand jury (= a group of people who decide if a person who has been charged with a crime should be given a trial in a court of law) reindicts someone, it accuses them officially of a crime that they have been accused of before.
A grand jury decided not to reindict her. 大陪审团决定不再起诉她。
All of the men were later re-indicted on lesser charges.
